| Citizens of the United States have a Constitutional right to privacy. Indeed, privacy is a fundamental right protected by the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution and is part of what is known as the "Bill of Rights." In this digital age, some digital tools intrude on privacy while others protect privacy. The SECURE program, when properly used, protects your privacy. |
